The company’s recent expansion into France confirms SYSGO’s successful growth strategy and its European focus. Revenue growth goes hand in hand with an increased headcount: To support its ambitious growth targets, SYSGO is planning to increase its number of employees by 50 percent in 2006. The company’s growth is fuelled by the broad demand for its product PikeOS, a strategic virtualisation solution launched in February 2005. PikeOS allows developers of embedded systems to integrate several applications or operating systems from different vendors on one single platform and controls the communication of all components. |
| SYSGO announced a first PikeOS order from a leading Japanese consumer electronics manufacturer. The project goal is the coexistance of Linux and the Japanese operating system ITRON on one CPU. Within this project PikeOS is also ported to the MIPS processor. The first prototypes are available by the end of this year. |
| SYSGO today announced version 1.3 of PikeOS, the companies’ operating system virtualization platform. PikeOS provides operating system APIs for Linux, POSIX, OSEK, Ada, (Real-Time-) Java and ITRON that can run simultaneously on one single CPU in a secure environment. PikeOS is available for PowerPC, x86, ARM und MIPS architectures and can be easily adapted to other hardware platforms. |
| SYSGO AG today announced that it has become an Associate Member of the Automotive Open Systems Architecture (AUTOSAR) alliance. SYSGO will provide AUTOSAR-compliant interfaces to its PikeOS real time operating system. |

| Rheinmetall Defence Electronics (RDE) transfers delivery and certification of the basis software for cargo compartment electronics of Airbus A400 M to SYSGO AG. Besides the delivery of the operating system the volume of the order includes especially the design of software and documents for the certification of the so-called Loadmaster Control system according to standard DO-178B for safety critical applications. |
